1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Full Circle Access Solutions, Inc. (“FCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website (fullcircleaccess.co), mobile application, and related services (collectively, “our services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.
2. User Accounts
You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at privacy@fullcircleaccess.co.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information updated. FCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website, platform, or services.
You are responsible for all content you submit to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used our services in a way that harms others or the integrity of the platform.
Misuse of our services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing harmful software, scraping or copying platform content, or using automated tools without written permission from FCA, may result in termination and legal action.
4. User Content and Privacy

FCA has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, discriminatory, or hateful content. Content that includes ableist, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ageist, or otherwise discriminatory language will be removed and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We are committed to maintaining a platform where all users are treated with dignity and respect.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of our services require payment or subscription fees. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. FCA is not responsible for errors, payment failures, or unauthorized transactions processed by these providers.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
FCA reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you can cancel before the new rate takes effect.
6. Rewards Program
FCA may offer a rewards program for user engagement. Program details, including earning rates, redemption options, and expiration policies, are described within the platform and may change with reasonable notice. Points or rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. FCA reserves the right to revoke rewards earned through fraudulent activity.
7. Intellectual Property
Full Circle Access, Experience Intelligence™, Accessibility Intelligence™, and related names and marks are trademarks of Full Circle Access Solutions, Inc. Platform content (including design, code, text, graphics, and user interface) is protected by copyright and owned by FCA. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from platform content without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant FCA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our services, including display, distribution, and promotional purposes.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FCA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party information available through the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FCA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to FCA in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FCA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you submit to the platform.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@fullcircleaccess.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time through the platform. FCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (fullcircleaccess.co/privacy) and Accessibility Statement (fullcircleaccess.co/accessibility), constitute the entire agreement between you and FCA regarding your use of our services.

Our Commitment
Full Circle Access is committed to providing a website and platform that works for all users. Accessibility is built into our product from the start — it is a core feature of our culture and how we design, build, and test everything we create.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. We test with assistive technology users throughout development and apply universal design principles so the platform serves the full range of guests.
What We Built
Our website (fullcircleaccess.co) is built to the following standards. Our mobile app and venue dashboard will meet these same standards at launch.
Screen reader compatible: Tested with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS (Windows). All interactive elements are properly labeled and navigable.
Keyboard navigable: Every feature on our platform is accessible without a mouse. Tab order follows a logical reading sequence. All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
Color and contrast: All text meets a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background. Large text (18px+ or 14px+ bold) meets a minimum 3:1 ratio. We do not rely on color alone to convey information.
Images and media: All images include descriptive alt text. All video content includes captions and audio descriptions. Decorative images are marked appropriately and hidden from assistive technology.
Responsive design: Our platform is fully functional from 320px mobile screens through desktop displays, with no loss of content or functionality at any viewport size.
No overlays: We do not use accessibility overlay tools or widgets.
Language and Communication
We follow inclusive language guidelines throughout our platform, communications, and documentation. We use person-first and identity-first language as preferred by the communities we serve. We do not use ableist metaphors or terminology in our product, marketing, or internal communications.
Ongoing Testing
We conduct regular accessibility testing with assistive technology users, including screen reader users, keyboard-only users, and users with cognitive and motor disabilities. Testing happens throughout development — not only before launch. We incorporate accessibility feedback into every sprint cycle.
Team Practices
Our team uses Google Meet with live captions, transcripts, and visual descriptions for all meetings. We share agendas in advance. We provide materials in accessible formats. When scheduling meetings with external participants, we ask what accommodations would make the meeting work best for them.
Known Limitations
We are a pre-launch platform and accessibility improvements are ongoing. If you encounter a barrier, please email us at accessibility@fullcircleaccess.co. We track all reported issues and prioritize fixes based on impact.
Third-Party Evaluation
We are committed to independent accessibility evaluation and will publish audit results as they become available. Our goal is to complete a third-party WCAG 2.1 AAA audit before our public launch.

We respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days and work to resolve reported barriers as quickly as possible.
When you report an issue, please include the page, screenshot, or feature where you encountered the barrier, the assistive technology you were using (if applicable), and a description of what happened.
