Full Circle Access is the accessibility-first guest app for live events. Fans find what a venue offers, request what they want before the event, and every request reaches the team that handles it.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full Circle Access is free for every guest.

Question 3

When is Full Circle Access available?

Accepted Answer

Full Circle Access is onboarding founding venues for a pilot in Richmond, Nashville, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Miami. Sign up for early access.

Question 4

What can I request through Full Circle Access?

Accepted Answer

An ASL interpreter, assistive listening, live captioning, audio description, an accessible viewing space, a sensory kit, staff assistance, a courtesy wheelchair, haptic devices, and multi-format event materials. Rentals include a blanket or cushion, a lawn chair, a locker, and a scooter.

Question 5

How is Full Circle Access different?

Accepted Answer

Venues know who bought a ticket, not what that guest wants before they arrive. Full Circle Access closes that gap for fans and for the teams working the event.
